Estate Planning Inventory

Free Download: Estate Planning Inventory

The enclosed Estate Planning Inventory will help you organize your information and goals.  In lieu of completing the assets and liabilities section, you may provide a current personal financial statement, which should include the fair market value of all assets (not cost/book value), information about how each asset or liability is titled (ex: jointly, or individually), the current beneficiary of any retirement assets, annuities, and insurance policies, and the face value of any life insurance policies, not just cash value.  Please also provide current estate planning documents (if any), your most recent income tax returns, deeds, and tax parcel information for all real property.
